Refund policy
All our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful). Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We will issue a full replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, color, or size)
To report an issue, contact us at team@marostreet.art within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.
Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, unclaimed customs, or refusal by the recipient, we will notify you by email. You may request a reship (new shipping charges apply) within 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity.
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the error is on our part.
