At MARO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Returns
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at team@marostreet.art with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Size
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections. However, if you are unsatisfied, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has already begun and cancellations are not possible.
